Blake Landings consists of 20 individual titled residential apartments.

Built with three levels; the ground floor contains a single car garage and third bedroom with ensuite. The Second floor consists of an open plan kitchen, living and dining with second bedroom and bathroom. The third floor contains the master suite.

The 3 bedroom townhouses consist of architectual cladding systems and quality finishings, from wood plank flooring down to insulated garage doors.

iLine Construction worked with the developer from conceptual stage providing design and cost control advice through to consent stage at which point the project budget was negotiated and converted into a fixed price contract.

iLine Construction completed this project on an extremely tight timeframe and to a high level of quality, enabling the developer to handover the units to the new owners on time and meeting the purchasers expectations.

The success of this project enabled iLine Construction to secure the next development directly across the road.

Shed 33 is due to commence works in January 2016
