Construction of three new coolstores totalling 1824m2 and associated canopies totalling 1662m2.

The contract included all foundation and concrete works, EPS panel, structural steel and roofing works.

A fixed price tender project with a tight timeframe due to bumper crops, completion on time was critical to this projects success as increased fruit cool storage was required.

Works to the coolstores were completed on time and to budget to enable Eastpack to meet their storage needs.
