Raymond Transport is a purpose-built facility in Mount Maunganui, Tauranga.

The development consists of a 750m2 warehouse, 450m2 covered canopy, a 500m2 2 storey office and residential apartment.

This project was purpose designed and is to be constructed for efficient loading and unloading of transport logistics.

The facility will feature reverse run horizontal metal cladding and plastered masonry on the office, a high studded warehouse to allow for product storage, concrete precast panels and a structural steel structure.
