As Regional Lead Quantity Surveyor, Koli oversees cost management and contract administration for iLine projects across the Waikato. He also plays a key role in mentoring and supporting the wider Quantity Surveying team.
With over 20 years’ experience in New Zealand’s commercial and industrial construction sectors, Koli brings deep industry knowledge and a calm, considered approach to every project. He leads with integrity and fairness, ensuring transparency in procurement, contract management, and stakeholder negotiations. Known for his ability to communicate clearly and stay composed under pressure, Koli helps bridge the gap between commercial and operational teams, keeping projects aligned and moving forward.

Outside of iLine, Koli is a passionate musician. He’s an active member of the choral and music community, regularly performing with choirs in Hamilton and often called upon as a soloist. He also serves as Music Director for four community choirs across Hamilton and Thames.
