The existing building had a low EQC rating which required a number of structural supports to be introduced within the existing structure.
Once the existing shell was modified and strengthened the architectural details were added. These included changes in cladding and timber laminated screens with sporadic noggin throughout, which gives the building a unique point of difference in its central Rotorua location.
