This project showcases iLine Construction’s ability to contribute valuable expertise from the outset, with early contractor involvement enabling a design that balanced practical functionality with budget considerations.

Completed in October 2024, the project was finished ahead of its 11-month schedule by an impressive five weeks. The facility features a 518 m² office, a 4,845 m² warehouse, a 910 m² covered canopy, and a 3,500 m² yard. The design includes a high-level structure seamlessly connected to the canopy, enabling efficient operations, and a full drive-around yard capable of accommodating large B-train trucks. A raked ceiling office adds a modern touch, offering the flexibility to divide the space into two zones if required. Architectural details such as Ampelite cladding and striking aluminium window fins contribute to the facility’s professional aesthetic.

Overcoming challenges during civil construction, including wet ground conditions and complex materials, required proactive planning and innovative problem-solving.
