ARB New Zealand Headquarters

Consisting of a warehouse, a customized workshop area, and a designated customer-facing retail space, this 5,500m2 extension now serves as the main distribution hub for ARB in New Zealand. Completed by iLine in just 11 months, this impressive Design and Build development comprises three super structures: one for storage, one for manufacturing, and one for retail and office space. Following the successful completion of the first stage, the iLine team established a strong relationship with the client and has now been entrusted with stage two of the development.

Key features of the extension include structural steel portal framing, architecturally finished precast panels, a mix of Durabond and Colorsteel cladding, polished concrete floors. The retail component of this project required a full, high-end interior fitout in line with ARB’s brand requirements and corporate identity.  This project demonstrates iLine’s seamless ability to work across various forms of construction, while also establishing trust and laying the foundation for successful ongoing relationships.
