Utilising Glulam, a lightweight and structurally sound alternative to traditional materials, has allowed iLine to showcase our comprehensive skills and expertise in the installation of this environmentally conscious solution, which provides faster construction and enhanced strength without aesthetic compromise. The project consists of a flexible learning environment featuring a multi-use greenhouse, a science tech lab, and dedicated woodwork and metalwork areas—returning these vital subjects to the CMS curriculum after a seven-year absence..
This project, funded with over 80 percent support from the Ministry of Education, demonstrates iLine’s expertise in environmentally conscious construction. The architectural design, featuring open beams and heat-absorbing concrete, serves as both a functional learning space and an educational tool. The technology block is now fully operational, providing students with enhanced opportunities for hands-on learning and innovative programs.
