Driven by a love for food and culture, the restaurant’s design reflects a mix of elegance and warmth. The exterior is formed from precast concrete panels, with Kingspan insulated roofing and thermally broken aluminium joinery. Inside, the fitout includes Hermpac Cedar ceilings and wall panelling, dark mosaic tiling, and an American white oak stairwell leading to the mezzanine dining area. Curved internal features and considered lighting add a refined touch, while in-built seating and custom balustrades complete the look.
The build also included a full commercial kitchen and cocktail bar, with a strong focus on detail and coordination throughout. Delivered under a fixed-price contract, the programme ran through the summer break and required careful planning to keep things moving and ensure the space was ready for operation on time.
