This building is grand in stature and elegant in design, with dark precast panels, matching cladding and a feature timber entrance. Yellow accents have been added around the rear of the building as a stylish and colourful addition to the warehouse exterior. The building also contains a rear patio area with a glass canopy adding a comfortable outdoor space for staff to enjoy.
A large canopy to the side of the building provides excellent shelter and the spacious concrete yard accommodates a vast storage/work area. The comfortable office backs on to a generous 1,200m2 warehouse.
