The 50m² fit-out included the installation of a dedicated focus pod, modifications to existing electrical and sprinkler services, new flooring, internal painting, acoustic treatments, and timber batten detailing. Careful coordination with existing building services ensured the new layout was delivered efficiently and in accordance with all relevant standards and regulations.
Despite a tight delivery programme, the project was completed on time, allowing TSA Riley to move into their new workspace as planned. The result is a refreshed office environment that balances functionality, comfort, and contemporary design.
