early contractor involvement

iLine’s Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) model is a collaborative delivery process built on early engagement between project owners, the design team, and the main contractor to assess the scope of the project, reduce costs and speed up the construction process.

Involving iLine Construction in the initial stages presents considerable advantages. We provide practical design input which can offer cost savings and we can also give advice on construction methodologies and value-add processes, to ensure that costs meet budget, programmes are maintained and quality is delivered. We also offer to tender trades with a true open-book approach, allowing clients a full review of costs.
