The Victoria Street Apartments project continues iLine Construction’s long-standing relationship with TPB Properties, delivering another successful multi-unit residential development built on trust, collaboration and shared success. Developed by TPB Properties for Kāinga Ora and designed by DCA Architects of Transformation, the project comprises 36 modern apartments across three architecturally designed buildings, providing quality homes in a central location with easy access to everyday amenities.

The development features distinctive mono-pitch roof forms, alternating oblique cladding boards, wing walls for shade and privacy, and aluminium screening elements that create a cohesive architectural streetscape. Behind the design, successful delivery relied on the careful coordination of structure, building services and fire compliance requirements, demonstrating iLine’s expertise in delivering complex multi-unit residential projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Working closely with TPB Properties and the wider project team, iLine streamlined the construction programme to complete the project in just eight and a half months, a full month ahead of schedule. Delivering the project ahead of programme was a great outcome for the client and another successful addition to Kāinga Ora’s housing portfolio, highlighting the value of early planning, clear communication and disciplined project delivery.
