About Ben

As General Manager of iLine’s Auckland operations, Ben leads all aspects of the business in the region. From planning and procurement through to on-site delivery, he’s responsible for ensuring every project is well-managed, well-resourced, and delivered to a high standard.

Ben brings over 12 years of experience across New Zealand, Australia, and the UK, with a background in both commercial and residential construction. He’s worked on everything from detailed fitouts to large-scale builds and complex commercial projects. He’s known for his calm leadership, attention to detail, and ability to navigate challenges without losing momentum.

Under Ben’s leadership, iLine’s Auckland presence continues to grow. Building on the success of recent projects, the team is now well established with strong supplier and subcontractor networks in place. With practical experience on the ground and a collaborative approach, the Auckland team is focused, capable, and ready to deliver for our clients.

Outside the office

Outside of work, Ben is a proud partner and a dad to two young kids. He enjoys spending weekends with his family, catching a rugby game, or getting out for a round of golf when he can.
