As General Manager (Waikato), Ben leads all aspects of iLine’s Waikato operations, overseeing project delivery, client relationships, and team performance across the region. With a background in pre-construction, he continues to champion early contractor involvement, ensuring practical and cost-effective solutions are embedded from the outset. Ben plays a key role in driving operational excellence and supporting the continued growth of iLine in the Waikato.
Ben has a strong foundation and two decades of experience at every level in the industry, both abroad and in New Zealand. Ben has spent many years with tier 1 Contractors and, in more recent years, has honed his skills by focusing on Waikato-based Design and Build projects. In his time with iLine, Ben has successfully led the team on numerous standout projects across the wider Waikato landscape, including the Pan Pacific Community Hub, Tieke Golf Estate, and new industrial premises for Soudal, White’s Powersports, ARB and Riverlea.
Ben’s experience, paired with his strong instinct for decision-making and concise thinking, is what makes him a great leader. He is most inspired and energised when engaging with clients, helping them define their project vision through effective planning and guidance.

Outside of work Ben enjoys spending time with his wife and their young family. He is proud that iLine are an ongoing sponsor of both Hamilton Marist Junior Rugby and the Hamilton Rowing Club.
