Bevan Mckeany.

As Construction Manager, Bevan supervises, trains, and monitors the performance of iLine’s Project Managers, Site Managers and Carpentry staff on company-specific systems and processes. He is responsible for iLine’s onsite Health and Safety and oversees project delivery across the Bay of Plenty and the Waikato.

Bevan’s extensive experience in the construction industry within New Zealand, Australia, and the UK means he is well-equipped to confidently lead and motivate his team, monitor project methodologies and programmes, assist with project reporting, and manage site resources.

People and relationships are an integral part of Bevan’s role, and he is proud of the work that iLine does to engage staff and create an awesome company culture and working environment.
