As Commercial Property Manager, Kate leads the daily operations of iLine Property+, the commercial property management division of iLine Construction. Her role spans compliance, health and safety, maintenance coordination, tenant communication, and contractor management, all with a strong focus on keeping buildings safe, functional and performing at their best.
Kate also manages iLine’s after-build care process, overseeing the warranty and defect period once construction is complete. With a Certificate in Business Administration and years of hands-on experience in the commercial property sector, she brings structure, clarity and confidence to a fast-paced and varied role.
