As Commercial Director, Paul is involved in each of iLine Construction’s projects at a management support level. His professional yet relaxed approach to construction management ensures an open line of communication with staff, subcontractors and clients.
Paul founded iLine in 2012 when he saw an opportunity for a construction firm that would give more guidance and consultation at the crucial design and cost management phases of a project. His value management experience coupled with his strong understanding of design ensures iLine projects meet both the client brief and budget.
Paul’s main goal is to support and accelerate growth through the general strategy and direction of the firm. He places a strong emphasis on maximising opportunities to generate forward workload, supporting sustainable growth and forming quality relationships with new and existing clients.
Paul resonates with the iLine company value “Grit”. He sees resilience and determination in his team and believes we all benefit from perseverance and the lessons we learn when overcoming obstacles.
When he’s not busy with work you’ll find Paul managing or on the sidelines watching his children’s sports: Water Polo, Rugby, Basketball, Volleyball and Netball. He also enjoys a round of golf, surfing, travel, and some good chat over a good brew.
