As Preconstruction Manager Tony is primarily involved alongside the preconstruction team ensuring continuous improvement from the initial spark of a design and build idea right through to its completion. His responsibilities include maintaining and improving iLine’s operational systems and working closely with our Health and Safety Advisor monitoring iLine’s health and safety processes.
Tony’s breadth of experience includes delivering large infrastructure projects across the North Island, working offshore in developing countries throughout South East Asia, and then transitioning into commercial and industrial construction on his return home to NZ.
Joining the iLine team in 2020, Tony brings knowledge to the team around systems and processes. He is an analytical problem solver, making him the perfect person to produce sound construction programmes and methodologies.
Tony resonates with the iLine company value “Agile”. He feels that it’s crucial in today’s environment to be able to adapt to change and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Tony is passionate mountain biker – enduro racing in the summer and social riding in the winter when time allows. Having a young daughter who is obsessed with sports means a lot of time is spent watching kids’ sport!
