iLine Construction was engaged as the main contractor for this build-only project, working alongside Mako Architecture. Despite delays to building consent and changes to infrastructure design, the team maintained momentum on site, adapting the programme where required and keeping delivery aligned with the client’s expectations.
Completed in February 2026, the project was delivered within the original timeframe and to a high standard. The end result is a practical and well-executed commercial development, with a very satisfied repeat client and a smooth transition through to completion.
