iLine Construction delivered this new design and build industrial facility for Cypress Properties at 364 Taurikura Drive in Tauriko, continuing the area’s rapid growth as a key industrial and logistics hub for Tauranga. The project consists of a large warehouse supported by a two-storey office facility, designed to provide a flexible and highly functional space suitable for a range of industrial and manufacturing users.

The 1,500m² warehouse is complemented by a two-level office totalling 171m², with the building constructed using a steel portal frame and concrete tilt panel structure. The exterior combines aluminium panel and metal wall cladding, while large aluminium joinery and full-height windows bring natural light into the office spaces. A large roller door and canopy provide practical access to the warehouse, while the yard area was constructed using fibre reinforced concrete to accommodate heavy vehicle use.

The site has been carefully designed to support efficient day-to-day operations, with separate access points for truck movements and private vehicles improving circulation and safety across the property. Delivered within a short construction timeframe, the project was completed ahead of the client’s required completion date, reflecting strong coordination across the project team and a successful outcome for the client.
