Built with durable precast concrete, metal roofing, and cladding, the structure balances resilience with a modern aesthetic. Features like ACM panelling and cedar soffits add a contemporary touch, elevating the industrial setting.
Despite early design adjustments to the front unit, the team maintained the schedule, delivering ahead of time. Effective coordination and practical project management ensured quality and efficiency throughout the build.
