The newly constructed building at 93 Cameron Road is a stunning addition to the Tauranga CBD commercial landscape. Now home to Manawa Energy and NZ Blood’s Regional Donor Centre, this standout project not only enhances the city’s skyline but also illuminates it! With its clean lines, impressive street presence, and expansive feature windows that beautifully capture the dynamic nature of the ever-changing atmosphere.

iLine collaborated closely with the client and architect using an Early Contractor Engagement (ECI) construction model. We provided valuable input during the planning phases, including the basement methodology. The project team maintained a practical and solutions-focused approach throughout the project, ensuring smooth progress and timely delivery of the finished building on the original programme date. As a result, the client was extremely satisfied with the outcome.

The project boasts several special features that enhance its street appeal. These include external fin lighting on the curtain wall façade, both vertically and horizontally. Additionally, there is a spacious deck on level 3 that offers unique views of Tauranga harbour and estuary. Inside the building, there is a striking four-storey-high open space at the lobby entrance. This area is decorated with white oak timber floors, Prime feature panelling on the walls, a Decortech ceiling, and glass balustrades. These elements combine to create a sophisticated feel within the modern office environment.
