As the main contractor for both the base build and the Manawa Energy fitout, we focused on practical construction solutions, precise coordination, and meticulous attention to detail to transform the top floor of this iconic building into a dynamic, multi-use workplace. Over the course of 8 months, our team expertly managed complex design elements, including curved walls, advanced acoustic solutions, and custom lighting. We ensured that every area not only reflected the Manawa Energy brand values but also met the client’s specific goals for supporting both individual work and team collaboration.

Cultural significance was also central to the project. The name ‘Manawa,’ meaning ‘heart,’ was gifted by local hapū Ngāti Hangarau, reflecting the deep connection to the Kaimai Power scheme and the Omanawa River.
