It was a fast-tracked contract with a compressed time frame to meet the clients’ operational requirements at end of the season, with some big metres to put in place to get there. We knew we were on the clock going in and prepped our supply chain accordingly.
With some strong support from our team, consultants and external suppliers we managed to deliver despite and global pandemic in the 12th hour of the contract. The client now has full operation of all the cool storerooms which are filled to the roof with last season’s harvest.
