Situated on a prime elevated site overlooking the Tauriko Business Estate across to Mount Maunganui, this impressive build has a strong presence thanks to its hilltop location, its large footprint, and its carefully considered design features.

The client required a large, flexible o ce environment, a spacious product showroom, and expansive warehousing for manufacturing and distribution. Using a mix of Japanese cedar, textured precast concrete, and large cutout panels over the North-facing windows helps to define this contemporary commercial/industrial space and balances the dual-purpose nature of this build.
