The Fale building, constructed and completed by iLine Construction in October 2022, is located in a prominent position opposite the Waikato Stadium. The main building boasts 582m2 exposed, polished concrete floors, a curved exposed timber glulam structure, and an iconic curved dome.
Next to the Fale is the 121m2 Amenities block, compromising male and female bathrooms complete with showers, and storage. With provision for a commercial kitchen, this facility is the lifeline to the whole site. All services are run to the amenities block and then distributed site-wide to all other buildings.
There is also an early learning centre situated on the Southern end of the site with 554m2 for the new childcare facility.
