Situated on a 15,406m² site in Northgate Industrial Park, Hamilton, the Whites Powersports facility is a streamlined, purpose-built warehouse and office space tailored for New Zealand’s leading supplier of motorcycle parts and accessories. This substantial 6,359m² building includes a 5,500m² post-tensioned (PT) slab in the warehouse, a design that minimises sawcut expansion joints, enhancing both durability and ease of maintenance. The structure is supported by seventy-four towering 12.5-metre precast panels, providing robust structural integrity and an efficient build process.

The office façade is distinguished by sleek, functional louvers that ensure optimal ventilation while adding a contemporary touch. Advanced features include smoke-mitigating louvres with sensors that automatically adjust based on weather and safety requirements, as well as an underground 250,000-litre water storage tank for firefighting capability, prioritising safety and resilience.

Incorporating Nuralite warm roof insulated panels and high-spec materials like Symonite Equitone fibre cement and Indurabond Aluminium Composite Panels, the office block merges functionality with a modern aesthetic. Together, these design and construction choices create a facility that meets high-performance standards, ensuring Whites Powersports can operate efficiently in a visually striking and resilient building.
